This petticoat length is 1 inch longer than the majority of the products in the market because I like it to be the perfect length and it works better on my designs :DDD

Size XL-3XL: for nature waist 35"-49" (90cm-125cm), length 18.5" (47cm)
My model with 36" (92cm) waist reports both sizes fit comfortably.
