I personally don't suggest go size up because my model with 120cm bust fits into size 2XL fine. But I have customer with 120cm couldn't fit into size 2XL... IDK 😐
Customer with 136cm bust reports size 4XL fits good.

3XL: garment bust 130cm, suggest for human bust 120-128cm, dress length 99cm
4XL: garment bust 140cm, suggest for human bust 130-138cm, dress length 100cm
5XL: garment bust 150cm, suggest for human bust 140-148cm, dress length 102cm
Model Report: Model with 120cm reported size 2XL fits fine, size 3XL is on the loose side.
